Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Cups Medium yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup diced pimentos, drained and patted dry
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl combine the shredded white and yellow cheddar.
  • Fold in the mayonnaise and the pimentos (remember to pat dry)
  • Once the mixture is well incorporated add the garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
